National Junior Honor Society

This page contains information that is important to any high achieving student who may be invited to participate in the National Junior Honor Society. Its purpose is to explain the goals and processes employed towards that aim. The page will list specific dates for the various functions leading up to the Induction Ceremony as they occur.

The National Junior Honor Society is the leading organization that recognizes and encourages academic achievement for middle school students while developing other characteristics essential to citizens in a democracy. Membership is a distinction and a commitment. It is often a valid indicator that a student will succeed in life and particularly in studies at the college level.

The faculty advisors for National Junior Honor Society are Mrs. Guarin and Ms. Powers. Ms. Powers can be found in Rm. 207. Mrs. Guarin’s office is in Rm. 259. Please stop by and say hello.
