Having a Problem with K12alerts?

If you are having a problem with using K12alerts, you may also do one of the following to update your phone numbers: 

  1. Complete the online Emergency Information Form.
    OR
  2. Contact the Family Information Center at 914-422-2038 to make an appointment to come to the Center and work with someone who will help you update/change your emergency information.

Aquí es donde puede repasar, actualizar, cambiar, o agregar la información de emergencia de su niño online/internet.  El sistema es fácil y el sistema le guiará por un proceso simple de seis pasos.  Solamente agregue su Family ID y Password y siga las indicaciones.

Le alentamos a que use este sistema online/internet. Sin embargo, si no pueden, pueden hacer uno de los siguientes: 

  1. Complete el Formulario de Información de Emergencia.
    O
  2. Comuníquese con el Family Information Center al 914-422-2038 para hacer una cita par air al Centro y trabajar con alguien quien le ayudará a actualizar/cambiar su información de emergencia.
